Cancellation Policy
Reservations + Cancellations
A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment.
You will not be charged at the time of booking.
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.
Cancellations made within 36 hours will be charged the full cost of the service.
Rescheduling within 36 hours will incur a 50% charge.
No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
No exceptions will be made to this policy under any circumstance.

We allow a 15-minute grace period for all appointments.
If you are running late, please call or text to notify us.
Your appointment begins at the scheduled time and will not be extended. You will be charged the full amount of the service booked, even if you arrive late.
